We provide pick-up and drop-off from your centrally located Athens hotel, Piraeus Port, or Athens International Airport. When booking, please include your hotel name, cruise details, or flight information for seamless arrangements.

Our private guided tour of Mycenae & Epidaurus starts and ends in Athens. The duration is 12 hours, from 8 am to 8 pm, including a short stop in Arachova.

Your tour will be led by a licensed guide, authorized to conduct private tours in museums and archaeological sites. With deep expertise in both Ancient and Modern Greek history, they offer insightful and engaging commentary throughout your journey. You can select the guide’s language preference—English, Russian, German, French, or Italian—during the third step of the booking process.

Admission to Mycenae and Ancient Epidaurus is included in the tour price.

An authentic GREEK LUNCH with a drink is included in the cost of the tour and is offered in one of the best restaurants of Nafplion with amazing views of the Argolic gulf.

In case some of our clients have special food requirements we can provide vegetarian meals. Please feel free to ask us any questions you may have about food, we shall make our best to please you.

For our group’s transportation, we have the most modern fleet of minivans. Highly experienced staff perpetuates commitment to quality of service and safety in transportation. All minivans are fully air-conditioned, feature comfortable seats, and have large panoramic windows.

This tour is designed for SMALL PRIVATE GROUPS of up to 6 people. If you are a bigger group of people, please send us a request.

Our vehicles are thoroughly sanitized before the start of each tour. All our restaurant partners follow hygiene protocols. All museums and sites we will visit during the tour fully comply with the hygiene standards.

This tour involves a lot of walking. If you have mobility issues or concerns, please check with us ahead of booking to determine if this trip is right for you.

Smoking is not allowed inside our vehicles, the archaeological sites, museums, and restaurants we visit.

We offer three payment methods: online payments, payment links, and bank transfers. If you wish to make an online payment please note that we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and MAESTRO cards. If you make a bank transfer you can submit the payment receipt from your bank on your dashboard page and wait for the verification process. Your booking will be automatically canceled if the payment is not processed within 7 days.

After communicating with PICTOURS OF GREECE, a tailor-made payment plan (number of installments, due dates, etc.) can be arranged.

If you need to cancel or modify your booking (departure date, passenger name, etc.), a fee may apply unless the request is made at least 60 days before departure. All requests must be submitted in writing.

Cancellation Fees (as a percentage of the amount paid):

• More than 60 days before departure: 0%

• 59–50 days before departure: 20%

• 49–40 days before departure: 40%

• 39–30 days before departure: 60%

• 29–20 days before departure: 80%

• Less than 19 days or no-show: 100%
